The jury has summarized the results of the Loyalty & CX Awards Russia 2023

This year, 214 projects were submitted from 101 companies. 55 projects received the highest scores in their categories and became winners.

Here is the list of winners based on the final voting:

Grand Prix of the competition (Jury's Choice) – Leader in the loyalty marketing market in Russia – NSPK JSC (Loyalty program for "Mir" cardholders).

Grand Prix of the competition (Public Voting) - Leader in the loyalty marketing market in Russia – SberSpasibo (SberSpasibo program).

Grand Prix of the competition – Most Customer-Centric Company in RussiaCoffeemania.

Best Loyalty Program in Financial Sector – The award was shared by VTB Bank's loyalty program "Multibonus" for individuals (Transformation of VTB's loyalty program "Multibonus") and VTB's solution for businesses (Loyalty program for medium and small business clients "VTB Business League").

Best Loyalty Program in Telecom Sector – The award was shared by Gazprombank Mobile (Loyalty program "Being Together") and beeline (Program "Appers and Hives"). The "Being Together" program, which allows subscribers to receive a discount on their subscription fee based on their activity using Gazprombank's card, has won this nomination for the third consecutive year.

Best Loyalty Program in Food RetailRetail Chain Magnit (Project "Stickers: instant-win promotion for customers of all Magnit formats").

Best Loyalty Program in the B2B Segment – The award was shared by Gazprombank Autoleasing (Project "Fuel Loyalty Program for Clients" - a joint project of Gazprombank Autoleasing and Gazpromneft-Regional Sales) and Alfa-Bank (Loyalty program for entrepreneurs "Money on Top").

Best Coalition Loyalty ProgramX5 Club ("X5 Club" - updated loyalty program for retail chains and businesses of X5 Group).

Best Mobile Loyalty ProgramRetail Chain Magnit (Project "Enhancing the value of the virtual loyalty card for customers in the Magnit app: promotions and discounts").
